7-Day Replacement & Refund Policy
At Silicon Station, we stand behind the quality of our tech. Every MacBook, iPad, and iPhone goes through a 40-Point Inspection before being shipped. However, we want you to feel 100% confident in your purchase.
Here is how our 7-Day Guarantee works:
1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty
If your device develops a hardware functional defect within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it for you.
What is covered: Internal hardware issues (e.g., keyboard failure, charging port issues, screen flickering, or battery health dropping significantly below what was promised).
What is not covered: Any damage caused after delivery, including drops, liquid spills, cracked screens, or software tampering (OS modification).
The Process: Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details. If we can't fix it over a call, we will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
2. 7-Day Easy Returns & Refunds
If the device you receive is significantly different from what was described or has a major defect that cannot be replaced, you are eligible for a refund.
Window: You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the device must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories, and our Internal Security Seals must be intact.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping for Returns
Defective Items: If the return is due to a hardware defect found during the 7-day period, Silicon Station covers the shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If the device is working perfectly but you simply changed your mind, return shipping must be handled by the buyer, and a small restocking fee may apply.
Important Notes for a Smooth Process:
The Unboxing Video: We highly recommend filming a quick video while unboxing your package. This protects you in case the courier company damaged the item during transit.
GST Invoices: Since we are GST and MSME registered, please keep your official tax invoice safe. You will need it to claim your warranty or return.
Data Security: Please ensure all personal accounts (iCloud/Find My) are logged out and the device is factory reset before returning it.
